Construction is underway in downtown Tupelo. Project includes street and drainage improvements along with pedestrian walkway enhancement. Key Construction was awarded the project as general contractor and is expected to complete in 2016.
Houston Industrial Park Water Improvements
Construction is underway on the 250k gallon elevated storage tank, water production well, fire protection, and water main distribution. All contracts are expected to be complete in the fall of 2016.
NW Parking Garage Access Road
Construction is underway on the access road to the new NW Parking Garage at the University of Mississippi. Michael Pittman Construction Company, Inc. is the prime contractor and is expected to be completed by summer of 2016.
All American Drive Drainage Correction
