| ESI has completed the design and construction phases of the water system improvements. Project consisted of (2) water production wells, (1) 100,000 gallon elevated storage tank, and water line distribution upgrades. Contract A water production wells was awarded to Donald Smith Company, Inc. Contract B tank was awarded to Phoenix Fabricators and Erectors. Contract C distribution lines was awarded to Paul Smithey’s Construction Co. Construction of all three contracts was completed in 2014. | |
